  • Objectifs - Students will develop a capacity to adapt and work effi ciently in all management functions.
    - Students will reinforce knowledge with a truly professional, international and hands-on approach.
    - Participants will understand the specifi cities of international management, with a particular focus on the specifi cities of doing business in Europe.
    - Participants will have the opportunity to develop their professional careers and become more effective global managers through a personal development programme.
    - Non-French speakers will acquire a fully operational level in French.
    - French speakers will acquire an operational level in the specialisation language.
    - Students will work as European management specialists, developing international commercial relations with Europe and its partners.

    The program is particularly useful for those wishing to work at some point of their careers with or for organizations with extensive European operations.

    Participants benefi t from a highlevel e-learning platform with over 250 on-line management training programmes (in both English and French) covering a wide range of management themes (managerial techniques, behavior and fundamental courses). Once they are officially registered at Rouen, participants can even update their managerial skills before coming to Rouen.
