Objectifs
The programme’s objective is to train participants to design and implement strategic projects within companies, managing multi-components issues and dealing with organisational, managerial and business information stakes. This full-time programme extends to 12 months. It starts in September and is organised as follows: - 6 months of full-time coursework - end of September until the end of March - A company placement of at least 4 months starting in May - A two week seminar at Cornell University, USA, in April - A professional thesis Double degree with Cornell University Founded in 1865, Cornell University counts 40 Nobel Prices, 20 0000 students, 3000 professors, 14 Colleges and Schools. This univesity is in the top 8 Ivy League universities along with Brown, Columbia, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton and Yale. After finishing their programme of study at ESCP-EAP, students can enroll at Cornell University to obtain the ILR Master - Industrial & Labour Relations - which covers the following subjects: Collective Bargaining , Labor Relations Law and Legislation , Statistical Methods for the Social Sciences , Organizational Behavior Analysis , Labor Economics & Human Resource Management with a choice of different electives: Human Resources and Organizations , Labor Market Policy Collective Representation , Dispute Resolution , International and Comparative Labor. Students from Cornell University are offered to join the ESCP-EAP Specialized Master class of Strategy and Information System to obtain their MS degree.

Eligible applicants must hold a master's degree (research or professional) in fine arts, architecture, engineering, management, public administration, political science, humanities or in any other field. This requirement may be waived for applicants with non-traditional backgrounds and those who demonstrate exceptional qualities and skills. In accordance with standards set by the French “Conférence des Grandes Ecoles”, such applicants must not exceed 30% of admitted students per year. The following degrees are required for eligibility (in fields such as engineering, management, medecine, architecture, humanities ... ): - A "Grande Ecole" degree - A Master's degree (five years of study) - A Post-graduate degree (over 5 years) - A Bachelor degree with 3 years of work experience - Other degree equivalent to the above (please consult us)
